    II. Guided Meditations

    1. With the awareness from the first session, I prepare a guided meditation in oder for you to look at the situation from a state of consciousness.

    2. In this deep dive session we first cleanse your energetic, mental & emotional bodies to have a more clear connection.

    3. Then I guide you through a meditation to connect to your higher self’s perspective. Here you will receive meaningful answers & impulses from your subconscious.

  • III. Energy Channeling/ Reiki

    1. Our sessions will activate new pathways toward your most authentic self. Energy Channelling helps strengthen those.

    2. Opening channels, activating pathways, balancing chakras & refuelling your reserves are just a few effects of this intelligent energy.

    3. These healings can be applied from distance in subtle ways or in rare cases with physical contact/ Reiki.

    1. To make the alignment journey as effective as possible, you will receive tasks between each session to support the integration of every session.

    4. Tasks can for example vary from diary tasks to different forms of mindfulness exercises.

    1. This program can for example consist of several different deep dive sessions to best suit your path.

    2. To make these sessions most effective, we will first take time to clarify the direction we are going.

    3. After an initial questionnaire, we will have our first full 1:1 session to clarify further.

    4. I will also introduce you to concepts & tools that will assist you along your alignment journey.

    No believe or understanding of concepts is needed. After all, only life experience teaches and that is what makes it personal wisdom for you. As a subjective science and in any science you only need to be sceptical, as well as open.

  • Yes, there are!

    Generally, this guidance is about inclusivity. I understand that not everybody has attained the same financial freedom yet. I would like you to relax into this program & have it cause you financial stress. I am also open for other forms of energy exchange apart from money as well.
